Read through the Four Views & identify what side your convictions align with most closely. Examine the foundation of your beliefs - whether that’s tradition, culture, scripture, conscience, or some combination.

Investigate

Share this website with your church leadership & request that your church be more transparent about what side they align with. Obscuring the position of the church toward LGBTQ people can have devastating effects.

Listen

Listen to the experiences of LGBTQ individuals in the church & outside the church. Be willing to set aside your assumptions & really get to know what matters to them & why they believe what they believe.

Advocate

Engage in respectful conversations with other Christians that believe differently than you. Use whatever influence & resources you have to increase awareness of LGBTQ experiences, especially in religious spaces.
